This is how we eat now.

  • A deep blueberry compote layered with cashews, walnuts, sesame, and creamy yogurt. Baobab enhances antioxidant absorption while supporting skin health and digestion.

    ~25g of protein makes this a clean recovery staple.

Blueberry Bowl
  • Thick Greek yogurt with tart cherry compote, sunflower seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, and chia. Tart cherries are high in antioxidants, helping reduce inflammation. Infused with baobab powder, a source of vitamin C and prebiotic fiber. About 25g of protein per bowl.

Cherry Bowl
  • Yogurt with peanut butter, Medjool dates, almonds, chia, and sunflower seeds. Dates add sweetness and potassium; peanut butter offers healthy fats. Contains baobab powder for fiber and electrolytes. Around 25g of protein per bowl.

Peanut butter & Dates Bowl
  • Greek yogurt with raw honey, oats, almonds, flax, and sunflower seeds. Oats provide beta-glucans for heart health. Enhanced with baobab powder for prebiotics and vitamin C. About 25g of protein per bowl.
